Storyline
By entrapping individuals in the trap of blind faith, the scammer Baba Nirala (Bobby Deol) leads a lavish life. When Pammi Pehalwan (Aditi Pohankar) reports a rape case against him and attempts to wage a legal battle, she is put behind bars rather than him.
Aashram 3 Part 2 brings the story to its peak. Pammi's method of taking revenge becomes different, but her intention is the same. This time, she doesn't directly attack Baba Nirala; rather, she turns his closest friend against him. Was the two-year wait for this season worth it? Let's find out.
Plot of Aashram 3 Part 2
The second half of the story follows. Pammi has arrived at the court to battle against the crimes of Baba Nirala, but he escapes by proclaiming himself impotent. In the meantime, Pammi is arrested on false charges. But she understands that the only means to escape from jail is through strategy. When Baba Nirala visits her, she tricks him into taking her back to the Aashram.
Although let back, Bhopa Swami (Chandan Roy Sanyal) strictly advises that she must keep away from Baba Nirala. In fact, Bhopa even cautions Baba that Pammi is akin to Bhasmasur (a demon who could burn everything with his touch), who can destroy the whole Aashram.
Pammi, not willing to let the cheating Baba win, ensnares his closest confidant, Bhopa Swami, in her trap. They become closer, and a dramatic twist ensues when Baba Nirala spots them in an inappropriate position. Full of anger, he orders Bhopa's "purification," which proves to be the biggest blunder for him, leading him closer to his defeat.
The largest plot twist is revealed in Episode 4 when Baba Nirala's real identity is revealed. Sub-Inspector Ujagar Singh (Darshan Kumar) encounters the chief disciple of Mansukh Baba, who unfolds the plot of how Nirala and Bhopa had conspired to occupy the seat of Mansukh's Aashram. The story intensifies as Pammi and Bhopa join hands to seek revenge against Baba Nirala. Ultimately, Baba's overconfidence is his downfall. But to appreciate the enthralling turns and twists in its entirety, the series must be watched.

Acting and Direction
Director Prakash Jha once again proves to be a great job. The five-episode show is filled with drama, suspense, and surprises. Some scenes between Bhopa and Pammi in the first two episodes are unnecessarily prolonged. If the narrative had been more straightforward, it could have been even more effective. In spite of this, the director's work is still commendable.
Bobby Deol excels as Baba Nirala, playing his character's nuances to the hilt. Aditi Pohankar is the showstopper as Pammi, with the whole season riding on her vengeance. Chandan Roy Sanyal (Bhopa Swami) adds more depth to his role this time around. Darshan Kumar gives a good performance as Sub-Inspector Ujagar Singh, who plays an important role in punishing Baba. Other performers such as Tridha Choudhury (Babita) and Parineeta Seth (Sadhvi Mata) also need to be appreciated for their performances.
Final Verdict
Overall, Aashram 3 Part 2 is a good watch. With powerful performances, gripping drama, and spine-chilling twists, the series holds you captive. We rate it 3.5 stars. You can watch it on Amazon Prime Video.
